The Gardens Hotel, named “The Prettiest Hotel In Key West” by The New York Time’s List, houses 17 luxurious guest suites around one of Florida’s oldest and most respected tropical gardens. Once the largest private estate in Key West, the expansive grounds of The Gardens Hotel comprise over an acre of lush, tropical landscaping just steps away from Duval Street. Historic Rooms are located on the second floor of the original Peggy Mills Mansion and feature queen beds dressed in luxury linens, wooden floors, crown molding, and large outdoor private verandas.

Garden Rooms are located in a secluded area of the property overlooking the expansive brick patio and feature outdoor verandas, king beds dressed in the finest European linens, crown moldings, and marble baths with Jacuzzi tubs.

Courtyard Rooms are situated on the courtyard overlooking the fountain and feature king beds dressed in designer linens, original art work from renowned Key West artists, wrap around verandas and beautiful baths with Jacuzzi's.

The Eyebrow Cottage, perfect for honeymoons and anniversary celebrations, is in a secluded setting within a walled and gated entrance. It has a veranda, private parking, large luxurious bedroom with king bed, vaulted ceiling, sitting area with settee, and luxurious marble bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

The Carriage House Suite is one of the original structures in the Historic Peggy Mills Gardens and features two bedrooms and two baths and a large private veranda overlooking pool and spa.

The Master Suite features full living room with sofabed, bathroom, two flat screen plasma TV's, bedroom with soaring cathedral ceilings, king bed dressed in designer linens, sitting area, work station, fainting couch, his and her closets, and a bank of French doors opening up onto a large private veranda overlooking the gardens. The Master bath has marble floors, double basin sinks, oversized Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, water closet with bidet, and private Sauna.

Rates: $130-600 depending on room choice and season.

Fine Print: Rates include our island breakfast served either in the Atrium or the Gardens. Carriage House Suite can accommodate up to 4 guests. Pets and children under 12 are not allowed. Historic Rooms have queen size beds and full baths. All other rooms and suites have King beds with marble baths and Jacuzzi tubs. All rooms have air conditioning, flat screen hi def TVs, Fanimation ceiling fans, spa robes, refrigerators stocked with complimentary bottled water, coffee maker, wine service, hair dryers, cd player, safes, Bose radios, Aveda bath amenities, and outdoor verandahs. Master suite includes full living rooms, 2nd bathroom, Water closet with Bidet, his and her closets and in-room Sauna. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Cancellation and shortened stays require at least 30 days notice and in any case a processing fee of $25 will apply.
