We offer free information and personal assistance with reservations for accommodations (incuding intimate guest houses, four star resorts and national hotel chains) as well as many local excursions and attractions. We can help you decide when to visit and find things to do. Depending on the extent of our local knowledge, we may be able to help you pick a great restaurant or find the best shops. We visit the accommodations and attractions we represent to ensure you will receive quality service and have a really great time. We began providing travel services in 1993 in the Florida Keys, and we know this subtropical paradise best. We are now broadening our knowledge, expanding our services to other vacation destinations in Florida and in the US. Paradise for some is a sandy beach and warm tropical breeze. For others, it is an adobe village and a quiet view toward distant pastel mountains, or crisp air and a quick run on skis in powder down a remote slope. We want to help you find and visit your paradise, even if it isn't a tiny island off the southern tip of Florida. If you have surfed the web and decided it is time to talk to a real person who knows where to go and what to avoid, give us a call. We answer our phones from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM Monday through Saturday (U.S. Eastern Standard Time) and take messages 24 hours a day. We check our Email periodically throughout the day and evening. If you are planning to travel in the next 30-60 days, we suggest you CALL us. We have learned that Email is best for requesting general information or for starting to plan a trip which is still several months away. We would love to place your reservations for you and your party! All of our services are free to you. Important: If you find an accommodation or charter on our web site and choose to place a reservation directly, rather than use our free service, please at least let them know you were referred by Nancy and Paul at Destination Paradise. If you plan to use our time and experience to make travel decisions and then book through an online discount service, shame on you. PS: Nancy speaks fluent French.
